  • Providence Connections, Inc., directs the Providence Family Center and its programs. Founded in 1994 to assist single parent families on Pittsburgh’s North Side.  Providence Family Support Center, celebrating its 25th anniversary in June, is part of the Family Support Movement.
  • House of Welcome in Peru is being developed to provide safe and secure housing for women, ages 18-25, from rural areas of Peru, mountains and jungle, who come to Lima to pursue university education or to participate in an educational training program. It is sponsored by the Sisters of Divine because we know that empowerment of women is a critical need in Peru.  Also, we are aware that education is the way out of poverty.
